Newborn babies are exquisite little bundles of joy that bring you so much love, yet, with the unpredictability of their days, can turn your life upside down. The first twelve weeks is a special period in time where you are getting to know your baby and them you. This isn’t the time for structured sleep schedules, although it is a time where you can begin to equip yourself with an understanding of how to set up positive sleep habits moving forward.
It would be a privilege to play a part in your journey with your newborn. To be a tender, calm support person throughout this time and to offer you reassuring advice. You know your baby better than anyone else, however, I am here to answer any questions you may have and to empower you, as a parent.
The Newborn Package is all about setting up positive sleep habits, providing the stepping stone to infancy. Sleep training methods aren’t appropriate at this very young age, they still need lots of help from you!

Between 3 to 12 months huge developments are being made in your infant’s life! Rolling, sitting, crawling, standing and maybe even walking. Eating solids for the first time and playing games. Keeping up with the ever-changing sleep needs of your baby through these months can feel challenging!
You may have heard about sleep regressions and developmental leaps your baby will go through and wonder what has happened to your once sleepy newborn. Babies sleep patterns change during this time, I am here to help to take the stress out of this for you and guide you through these periods in your baby’s first year.
The importance of healthy sleep is a priority!!
WHAT IS INCLUDED:

As your child enters the toddler years and they continue to grow, their sleep needs will develop along with them. Sleep restores children physically and promotes healthy growth and development. It is vital your little one gets enough quality sleep to be able to happily engage in the ‘busyness’ of their daily activities. Sleep is a fundamental part of a child’s overall health and wellbeing
WHAT IS INCLUDED:

Are you needing advice on a specific aspect of your little one’s sleep, awake windows, suggested routines, cat naps, early wake ups……..??
This package includes a 30 minute phone call to discuss the situation and possible solutions, an emailed summary of what was discussed, plus 2 weeks unlimited email support.
